3-Way Flat Bread

Shopping List:
Flat Bread, lightly toasted

Tomato & SORSO Chilli Relish:
1 x 300g SORSO Chilli
4 Salad Onions, roughly chopped
1 Garlic Clove, crushed
200g Cherry Tomatoes

Pea & Broad Beans Mash:
250g Peas defrosted
4 tbsp Broad Beans
2 tbsp Olive Oil
1/2 tsp Sea Salt
1/2 Lemon

Roasted Cherry Tomatoes:
200g Cherry Tomatoes
1 Garlic Clove, crushed

Quick and Simple Method

Tomato & SORSO Chilli Relish

Place the salad onions, garlic, SORSO in a food processor and whizz until very finely chopped. Add the tomatoes and pulse once or twice until chopped into chunks. Add the tomatoes and pulse once or twice until chopped into chunks. Transfer to a bowl

Pea & Broad Beans Mash

Place the Peas defrosted, Broad Beans, Lemon Juice, Olive Oil and Seal Salt in a food processor and whizz until chopped into chunks. Transfer to a bowl.

Roasted Cherry Tomatoes

Bake on Gas mark 4 /180c for 25 minutes. Add the cherry tomatoes, olive oil, salt to a baking tray. Stir to coat. Mix in 2tbsp of SORSO Lemon + Thyme. Transfer to a bowl.

Lightly toast Flat Bread, Cut in to Halves. Smoother with ultimate toppings.
