Black Bean Stew with Eggs (Optional)

Shopping List:
1 x 300g SORSO Chilli
1 Tin Red kidney beans, drained and rinsed
1 Bunch of salad onions, sliced
2 Garlic Cloves, crushed
1 tbsp Olive Oil
Salt & Pepper
1 Eggs (Opitional)
Flat bread, to serve


Quick and Simple Method

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the salad onions for 2 minutes. Stir in the SORSO and black beans and cook gently for 3-4 minutes

Make a wells in the mixture and crack an egg into it. Cook for 2 minutes then place under a preheated grill for further 2 minutes or until the eggs are cooked to your liking

Serve with flat bread
