SORSO Pasta Sauces, Pastes and Gazpachos – What You Need to Know!

Useful information for our customers:

How do you store SORSO Sauces, Pastes and Gazpachos?

Our products are freshly prepared so will be delivered to you perfectly chilled.  For best results, keep your SORSO in the fridge.  We recommend that once opened, you consume your SORSO within 20 days but you can also freeze our sauces for up to 3 months so you can enjoy SORSO at a later date too.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

All our orders should arrive 2 to 3 business days from place of order. For orders placed on Tuesday and Thursday, we use next day delivery.  We deliver to the UK mainland, the Highlands and UK islands (Highlands and UK islands incur an additional shipping cost), costs below:

  • UK mainland shipping £4.95.
  • Highland and Island shipping £7.99.
  • Orders over £20 FREE shipping.

Please note, your delivery will depend on the time of order placement, before or after 10.00am.

Delivery schedule is subject to change during bank holidays.

Once your order has been placed and despatched, we cannot recall it or change the delivery time/date, because it is delivered chilled so cannot be stored by our despatch partner for longer than necessary. For specific delivery instructions, please fill in the window during the check-out process in the notes section, if there’s a safe area where you’d like us to deliver your product/s. Please don’t miss your SORSO order!

You will receive a text message on the day of delivery.

Did you know, you can also collect your order?  Place your order, choose collection and your sauce will be ready within 2 to 4 days!

Oops, my order arrived damaged, what do I do?

We do our best to handle each delivery with care so hopefully this won’t occur. However, if your order has arrived damaged, we politely request that you photograph the issues and contact us as soon as possible here with your contact details so we can get back to you as soon as possible.  We will do our best to resolve the problem with our distribution partner.
