How big are the SORSO pouches and pastes? ∨
The sauces come in 330g pouches, each containing 2 servings of 165g. The pastes come in 200g boxes, containing 2 servings of 100g.
What is the shelf life? ∨
We use a unique process to achieve an impressive shelf life using 100% natural ingredients and no preservatives. You'll find the use-by date printed on the side of the pouch or jar. Can be froxen for up to 3 months
How should I store my SORSO? ∨
Keep refrigerated below 5°C. Once opened, consume within 5 days.
Can I freeze SORSO? ∨
Yes! Suitable for freezing below -18°C for up to 3 months. To defrost, place in the fridge o or microwave on defrost for 15 seconds, stirring often until fully defrosted. Pastes to be frzen at customers discretion.
How do I heat my SORSO? ∨
Hob: Empty contents into a pan. Bring to boil until hot, stirring often.

Microwave: Heat at 800W for 5 mins, stirring halfway through. Leave to stand for 1 min before serving. Microwave settings may vary.

From frozen: Microwave on defrost for 15 seconds, stirring often until fully defrosted.
