Why sugar is bad…

So we all know that sugar-free is a good thing, but do we know why? Why should we avoid taking too much sugar into our diets? Well, here’s why….

Too much sugar can:

Studies have also shown that too much sugar in your diet can also increase your risk of becoming depressed or even developing cancer!
